• Minimal education D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metal Fabrication, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Liking the work associated with the administration.
• Liking things - things that relate to angkawi.
• Details & diligent.
• Willing to work by following a strict deadline.
• Willing to be placed in Wringin Anom, Gresik or Karangpilang Surabaya.
• If needed willing to out of town and outside the island.
